SAUDIA – Saudi Arabian Airlines is looking for one experienced
“Customer Services Representative” for its offices in Rome Fiumicino to perform all duties associated with ground services and station operations.
The ideal candidate’s profile will have the following main qualifications:
High school diploma
Excellent verbal and written Italian and English language skills
At least 5 years experience in the related field
Good knowledge of Amadeus DCS system and computer skills
Good knowledge of all airport functional areas/activities and customer care.
Inclined to work in a team
Ability to work flexible schedules
Required to wear the company uniform
Well groomed appearance and good communicator
Willing to travel, if necessary, for training courses purposes abroad

We offer a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months with an assignment to category C-1of Fairo contract.
