Aviareps is currently seeking for a Ticketing Agent.
Responsibilities: This position works closely with the Ticketing & Booking Supervisor to manage and increase direct sales; perform a broad range of duties while delivering a high quality product. • Daily functions includes, but is not limited to, ticketing, bookings, invoice issuance, reporting. • Positive, self motivated, enthusiastic, well organized. • Minimum 1 year experienced in ticketing and reservations. • Good knowledge of at least one of the most important GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) • Knowledge of Aviation’s policies, products and/or services. • Problem solving attitude, mental capacity to make quick and rational decisions. • Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment. • Effective written and oral communication skills both in Italian and English
